METRO LEXUS is looking for a Parts Counter Specialist (Full-Time)

The Parts Counter Specialist will support the process to satisfy customer demands for Lexus and other vehicles by providing parts and services to customers that will exceed their expectations. This position is full-time/ 5 days a week and requires being available to work on Saturdays.

Job Responsibilities



  • The Parts Counter Specialist sells parts to all available customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone.
  • Assists walk in customers in selecting required parts and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
  • Pulls purchased parts from stock.
  • If the part is not in stock, determines availability and submits an order if requested by the customer.
  • Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
  • Assists service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process.
  • Post lost sales.
  • Work closely with management and other departments to ensure harmonious and productive operations and maximize the success of Metro Lexus.
  • Order parts and accessories from Lexus and approved after-market suppliers.
  • Locate parts and accessories; secure the best price; ensure proper quality.
  • Place parts in inventory; enter into database; and monitor inventory levels.
  • Conduct periodic audits to verify number and value of parts on hand. (perpetual inventories)
  • Coordinate wholesale account activities (order, receive, bill, and ship).
