Limited travel throughout the state of Texas required. Purpose The SSRA V position will plan and implement research on funded contracts from start to the published results by conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis. Manage, analyze, and present results in reports, presentations, and publications. Collaborate with research team, funders, and involved stakeholders. Responsibilities
Master's Degree in social work, public health, psychology, criminal justice, social sciences, or related field with at least 6 years experience in multi-site health services evaluation planning, implementation, data management, analysis, and reporting findings. Experience in statistical analysis and reporting. Experience developing data collection instruments in online survey administrators (e.g., Qualtrics, REDCap) and conducting interviews. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal skills. Values the contributions of others in the work environment. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate. Preferred QualificationsDoctoral Degree in social work, public health, social sciences or related field with at least 4 years of required experience conducting research in the public mental health services field, using quantitative and qualitative statistical software, managing datasets, using web-based applications to present data (e.g., Infogram, Canvas, Power BI, Tableau), and writing research findings for peer-reviewed publications and for the public. Salary Range$55,000 - $70,000 + depending on qualifications Working Conditions
