The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into scalable data solutions, uncovering trends and opportunities through rigorous analysis, and delivering impactful visualizations and reports. As a champion of data governance, this individual ensures the accuracy, integrity, and ethical use of data, serving as a trusted steward in promoting best practices and maintaining compliance with enterprise data policies. Position Details: Minimum Qualifications: Education: Degree(s) in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, technology or related field experience. Experience: Two (2) years of relevant technical or business work experience or knowledge in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related technical/analytical field, with a proven ability to deliver actionable insights that influence strategic decisions. Preferred Qualifications: Certification: Epic/Clarity Certifications and/or equivalent Healthcare experience. Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: * Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, along with expertise in industry-standard data visualization tools. * Strong analytical thinking and advanced problem-solving capabilities, with experience handling medium to large datasets, including data cleansing, transformation, and integration. * Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams, demonstrating sound judgment and ownership over assigned projects. * Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data quality, accuracy, and integrity. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
