Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred Technical training or an Associate degree in a related field is a plus Experience Requirements Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience required 3+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience preferred Experience with parts cleaning, coating technologies, or chemical processing preferred High-tech manufacturing or semiconductor industry experience preferred Quality Assurance experience preferred Media blasting experience preferred Kaizen or Lean Manufacturing training is a strong plus Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Strong attention to detail and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 40 pounds consistently Ability to kneel, bend, reach, push, pull, and grasp Ability to work in a cleanroom environment Ability to wear required PPE, including hairnets, frocks, and other protective equipment Comfortable working with hazardous chemicals while following strict safety procedures Job Duties Process parts using chemical and manual cleaning methods Perform receiving, processing, wiping, scrubbing, masking, and packaging of parts Operate equipment used for chemical processing, blasting, coating, drying, baking, and related manufacturing processes Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Follow SOPs, Lean Manufacturing principles, and company safety procedures Take measurements, record process data, and maintain accurate production documentation Organize and maintain assigned production areas Handle and dispose of hazardous chemicals safely and according to company guidelines Support continuous improvement initiatives and learn additional processes as needed Prepare, package, bag, and ship customer parts Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
