Experience Requirements Entry-level position, no prior experience required Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and quality standards Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Quality inspection or manufacturing experience is a plus Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for the entire shift Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks Ability to work overtime as needed Job Duties Move finished products off production machines Inspect products for quality and defects Perform quality control checks according to company standards Stack finished products onto pallets for shipment or storage Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all production and safety procedures Assist with general production duties as assigned Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
