Job Duties Production work removing printed material from machines Checking number sequence for accuracy Moving printed material to trays and stacking Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience required Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Experience working around manufacturing equipment preferred Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Resume and interview required Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Machine Operator. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 15-20 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
