Experience Requirements No experience required Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus Ability to follow work instructions and maintain quality standards Strong attention to detail Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for the entire shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and assembly tasks Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the workday Job Duties Assemble small wheel components according to specifications Install ball bearings into wheel assemblies Seal and finish assembled products Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and production procedures Assist with additional assembly and production tasks as needed Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
