What You'll Do Operate a CDL-A yard hostler to move trailers safely throughout the facility yard Position trailers for loading, unloading, and staging operations Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues Maintain accurate movement records and follow all safety protocols Communicate effectively with warehouse and transportation teams Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting operational deadline Experience Requirements Valid CDL-A license required Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience within the last 3 years Previous Yard Hostler/Yard Jockey experience required Current DOT Medical Card required FMCSA Clearinghouse registration completed Clean MVR preferred No more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years No DUI, reckless driving, or other serious driving violations within the past 5 years Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation safety standards Driver Requirements Must be able to safely maneuver and position trailers in a busy yard environment Experience operating a CDL-A Yard Hostler required Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with warehouse and transportation teams Commitment to safety, efficiency, and following company procedures Ability to work assigned shift schedules, including nights and weekends as needed Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) plan and more Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Holiday Pay is provided for eligible Drivers Weekly Pay Staffmark Perkspot - discounts on almost anything you want to buy About Us At Staffmark, we connect hardworking people with great companies, creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.
