We are looking for entry level Machine Operator assistants. Will be assisting with operating manual grinding machines to shape and finish metal components with precision. This role requires hands-on experience with manual surface grinders, Blanchard, and/or milling machines. If your skills and experience are a good match for this role please apply today. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Experience Requirements Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment required. Experience operating grinding machines, milling machines, or similar production equipment is preferred. Knowledge of manual surface grinders, Blanchard grinders, or milling machines is a plus. Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn machine operations are encouraged. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around machinery and moving equipment. Must follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Job Duties Assist machine operators with the setup and operation of manual grinding and machining equipment. Help operate manual surface grinders, Blanchard grinders, and milling machines to shape and finish metal components. Load and unload materials and finished parts from machines. Inspect parts for quality and accuracy while maintaining production standards. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Support production teams with additional manufacturing tasks as needed.
