Experience Requirements Entry-level position, no prior experience required Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow work instructions and meet productivity goals Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required Must be able to pass required background check and drug screen Night shift candidates may be required to train on day shift Physical Capabilities Ability to lift between 15-40 pounds regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment for extended periods Ability to meet production and order fulfillment requirements Job Duties Pick customer orders accurately using order information and warehouse systems Pack products securely for shipment Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipping Organize and prepare merchandise for distribution Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies Support shipping, receiving, and other warehouse operations as needed Assist with inventory handling and general warehouse duties Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
