In this role, you'll support relationship-focused activities, handle service inquiries from minor to complex, and help strengthen long-term customer relationships through excellent communication, documentation, and follow-through. What you'll do Customer Support & Service Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day customer and partner inquiries Deliver high-quality customer service and help drive department goals Document support calls, research issues, and provide timely resolution updates Analyze issues and determine the best path to resolution, including account adjustments when appropriate Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and recommend enhancements Account / Relationship Support Support Relationship Managers in maintaining and growing account portfolios Help execute account-specific marketing/communication efforts and act as a liaison as needed Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and distribution partners Represent the organization at events (trade shows, conventions, Field Days, sales meetings), as needed Communication & Collaboration Communicate frequently with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders on account status and issues Coordinate service actions and related communications with clients and internal teams Act as a subject matter resource by sharing information appropriately and professionally What we're looking for Customer service experience in a professional or administrative setting (entry-level candidates welcomed) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel(report writing skills a plus) Ability to manage time well, prioritize tasks, and work under deadlines Strong judgment, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-starter approach Familiarity with crop insurance and banking products is highly valued (per hiring team) Interview process 1-round virtual interview with the Hiring Manager Estimated Min Rate: $16.80 Estimated Max Rate: $24.00 What's In It for You?
