This role combines Power BI governance, data analysis, Power Apps development, and workflow automation to deliver secure, efficient, and user-centric business solutions. Duties and Responsibilities Power BI Governance Define and enforce roles, responsibilities, and governance frameworks for Power BI usage Develop and maintain data access policies aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements Establish and uphold standards for data quality, security, and consistency Conduct regular audits of Power BI usage, reports, and datasets Ensure compliance with data regulations and internal policies Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of governance processes and standards Lead training sessions and workshops to promote best practices among users Provide accessible resources, guidelines, and documentation for stakeholders Act as a point of contact for governance-related queries and support Power BI Data Analysis Identify and connect to relevant data sources across the organization Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis using Power Query and DAX Integrate and model data from multiple sources for unified reporting Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports Apply best practices in data visualization for clarity and usability Monitor report performance and analyze user engagement metrics Gather user feedback and implement improvements to reporting solutions Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability Power Apps Development Design and build custom business applications using Power Apps Integrate Power Apps with various data sources (SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, APIs) Ensure applications are mobile-friendly, responsive, and user-centric Gather user feedback and continuously enhance application functionality Conduct usability testing to improve user experience Implement new features based on evolving business requirements Maintain, update, and enhance existing applications Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently Create and deliver user documentation and training materials Data Automation (Power Automate) Identify repetitive and manual tasks suitable for automation Analyze and optimize existing workflows for efficiency improvements Develop automated workflows using Power Automate Configure automated data refresh and scheduling processes Implement robust error handling, alerts, and notification mechanisms Monitor and track automation performance and reliability Continuously refine and improve automation processes Document automation workflows for transparency and future reference Educational background / Work experience Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of experience Skills & Competencies Analytical thinking and attention to detail Strong stakeholder collaboration User-focused design mindset Continuous improvement and innovation Ability to manage multiple Power Platform components Preferred Qualifications Strong experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate (Power Platform) Proficiency in data modeling, DAX, and Power Query Experience with data integration and multiple data sources Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance principles Knowledge of workflow automation and process optimization Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication, documentation, and training abilities For this position, the expected base pay range is $90,000.00 - $97,000.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
