  • Assist in developing dashboards and other reporting tools that provide clear and timely visibility into financial and operational performance.
  • Partner with colleagues across Finance and other business services departments to support cross-functional reporting and analytical initiatives.
  • Investigate reporting discrepancies and data issues and work with appropriate teams to resolve them.
  • Support special projects and other financial analysis as business needs arise.
Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience working with large datasets, pivot tables, formulas and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests, priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Professional judgment and discretion in working with confidential financial and business information.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience with Aderant or another legal financial management system.
