NOW HIRING: Process Technician Location: Westbury, NY Pay Rate: $26.00 - $32.00/hour Schedule: 3rd Shift \| 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role where your technical skills can make an impact? This opportunity is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, equipment operation, and maintaining high-quality production standards. Qualifcations High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-3 years of manufacturing, machine operation, or process technician experience preferred. Experience with thermal spray, plasma, HVOF, or similar industrial processes is a plus. Mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance experience preferred. Ability to use measuring tools, gauges, and quality inspection equipment. Job Duties Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment. Perform equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs. Monitor process parameters and production quality throughout manufacturing runs. Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions. Handle raw materials and finished products using approved material-handling equipment. Complete production, maintenance, and quality documentation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand for extended periods. Frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including respirators.
