Your Class A license opens the door - we make it worth walking through. Job Duties Operate a CDL-A day cab with a dry van trailer on local delivery routes. Deliver flooring products to customer locations safely and efficiently. Load, unload, and offload freight using pallet jacks and material handling equipment. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and DOT documentation. Provide professional customer service during deliveries. Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures. Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of CDL-A driving experience within the past 3 years. Delivery driving experience preferred. Experience handling touch freight and customer deliveries preferred. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules efficiently. Driving Requirements Valid CDL-A license required. Current DOT Medical Card required. FMCSA Clearinghouse registration completed. Clean MVR required. No more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years. No DUI, reckless driving, or other serious driving violations within the past 5 years. Must be at least 22 years old. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull flooring materials weighing up to 75 pounds. Ability to perform touch-freight deliveries and unload products at customer locations. Ability to use manual and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Ability to bend, reach, walk, and perform physical delivery duties throughout the shift. Ability to work in varying weather conditions as needed.
