Job Duties Load and unload trucks using forklifts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment. Move raw materials and finished products throughout warehouse and production facilities. Pick, pack, stage, sort, and transport customer orders. Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and inventory accuracy. Assist with shipping and receiving operations. Supply production lines with required materials and move finished products into storage. Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to support daily operational goals. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Basic computer literacy required. Experience Requirements Minimum 2+ years of recent warehouse experience. Minimum 2+ years of recent forklift operating experience. Experience with inventory management, shipping and receiving, order picking, and packing. Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and quality standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Physical Capabilities Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
