Non-CDL Delivery Driver / Service Technician (Direct Hire) Location: Dallas, TX Schedule: Monday-Friday Day Shift Pay: $30.00/Hour Looking for more than a driving job? What You'll Do Safely operate non-CDL box trucks and Sprinter vans to deliver premium lighting products, equipment, and home technology solutions. Provide exceptional white-glove delivery service while ensuring all products are handled with care and professionalism. Load, transport, unload, and deliver fragile, high-value merchandise to residential and commercial customers. Assist with product setup, installation support, troubleshooting, and service calls. Training is provided. Learn to perform minor repairs, including lighting fixture replacements, LED driver replacements, and basic motorized shade troubleshooting. Support installation and configuration of lighting controls and automated shading systems. Educate customers on product operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Maintain accurate delivery records, service documentation, and inventory tracking. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, safe company vehicle. Follow all company safety procedures and safe-driving practices while ensuring timely deliveries and excellent customer satisfaction. Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of professional delivery driving experience. Experience operating non-CDL box trucks and Sprinter vans required. Strong customer service skills in a customer-facing environment. Previous white-glove delivery experience preferred. Experience handling fragile, valuable, or specialty products is a plus. Basic installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, or field service experience is preferred but not required. Comfortable using hand tools and learning technical service responsibilities. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Technical certifications are a plus but not required. Driving Requirements Valid driver's license required. Clean driving record with no violations within the past 7 years. Ability to safely load, secure, transport, and unload products. Commitment to safe driving practices and vehicle safety standards. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products and equipment throughout the day. Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely handle high-value and delicate merchandise.
