We are currently hiring a Customer Service Rep in our Ramsey, MN location!

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9am - 5:30pm

What you'll do:

• Answer incoming inquiry calls and in rare occasions, in person, from Customers in a professional manner
• Fill out Rx order forms and quote prices
• Adjust complaints concerning billing and services rendered
• Refer complaints of service failures to designated department managers for investigation
• Locate an order's current or past position in the facility by looking in computer system
• Tag trays when necessary
• Pull original invoices for redo's, enter redo orders over phone, issue credits for redo's
• Give estimated finish times, monitor own "promise jobs" and notify customers of delays
• Archive prior work for restarts per doctors instructions
• Cross-train to help where needed and as directed by the Supervisor

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years of telephone customer service experience is a plus
• Optical experience recommended
• Must work out of the Ramsey office (not remote)
