You will set the D2C and Digital strategy, operating model, and performance agenda to drive profitable growth across physical and digital channels. As a senior leader, you will partner across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Lindt & Sprungli Group partners to strengthen consumer engagement, expand gifting occasions, and deliver a premium, seamless consumer experience.
What you will be doing...

- Elevate the consumer experience: Strengthen the end-to-end consumer journey across stores, digital commerce, gifting, merchandising, service standards, loyalty, product storytelling, and post-purchase engagement.
- Optimize retail and eCommerce execution: Oversee store performance, site experience, digital merchandising, CRM/email, analytics, performance marketing, seasonal readiness, fulfillment partnerships, and technology roadmap priorities.
- Build gifting, B2B, and direct sales programs: Scale corporate gifting, inside sales, independent retailer support, and direct selling programs that expand seasonal and everyday occasions while improving customer acquisition and retention.
- Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT, LSNA shared services, and Lindt & Sprungli Group partners to align assortment, pricing, promotions, inventory, demand generation, fulfillment, and service delivery.
- Use data and technology to improve decisions: Champion tools, reporting, analytics, and consumer insights that improve personalization, channel performance, and business results.
- Lead and develop teams: Attract, retain, develop, and inspire high-performing teams across retail, eCommerce, consumer experience, and direct selling while building accountability, collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Protect the brand and manage risk: Ensure D2C programs align with company policies, consumer privacy expectations, promotional requirements, food safety standards, and brand guidelines.
When visiting our manufacturing plants, you will be expected to:
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and maintain compliance with food safety standards.
- Complete and follow FSQA training and programs to comply with regulatory requirements, ensure consumer safety, and support the plant's food safety and quality objectives.
- Promptly report and take appropriate action on any observed or potential food safety hazards, process deviations, or non-conformities by notifying the designated plant supervisor, in accordance with your role and responsibilities.
- Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the company's Food Safety Culture through engagement and actions aligned with your role.
