Now Hiring: Labor Time Study Analyst (Automotive) Location: Fountain Valley, CA Pay Rate: $34.50 - $35.63 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, Onsite Looking for a detail-oriented professional with automotive knowledge and strong organizational skills. Labor time studies and repair process analysis. Maintain technical study documentation, ensuring repair procedures, parts information, and service data are accurate, organized, and ready for review. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with automotive service, technical documentation, warranty, or document control experience. Job Duties Compile and organize labor time study documentation and service information. Review repair procedures, parts catalogs, and technical documentation for accuracy. Create and maintain parts lists and supporting records. Verify study packages are complete and ready for review. Research and resolve documentation discrepancies with internal stakeholders. Review completed studies for accuracy and compliance with published procedures. Maintain document control, file organization, and record retention requirements. Track revisions, study status, and project documentation across multiple assignments. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Ability to read and interpret automotive repair procedures and parts information. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: Experience with automotive service operations, labor time studies, warranty administration, or technical documentation. Familiarity with OEM service information and parts management systems.
