About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

Salesforce's Sales Cloud UX Team is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape the experience of Sales Cloud, our flagship product that helps sales teams be more productive and impactful. Today that increasingly means designing intelligent, agentic experiences.

Our 30+ product designers around the globe are grounded in the foundations of the craft: Gestalt principles, visual hierarchy, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility. We use AI to amplify that craft, not replace it. We practice experience design end to end, prototyping in code and designing the patterns for how people work with agents. We solve meaningful problems at scale, with inclusivity in mind.

You'll research, design, and prototype AI-first concepts, using vibe coding and AI-assisted prototyping to bring them to life. You'll partner closely with product and engineering and own the end-to-end experience of your work.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Design AI and agentic experiences: conversational interfaces, agent workflows, human-in-the-loop controls, and trust and transparency patterns.
  • Apply core design principles (Gestalt, hierarchy, consistency, feedback, affordances) to make complex, AI-driven interfaces clear and learnable.
  • Rapidly build working prototypes with vibe coding and AI tools to explore ideas, test with users, and align stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and user research to set the vision, and produce detailed design specs to ship polished, high-quality products.
  • Extend our design system for AI-driven patterns, and advocate for accessible, globally universal design.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 2+ years designing and delivering software products end to end in a cross-functional team.
  • You have a strong foundation in the craft of experience design and can explain your decisions in terms of design principles, not just taste.
  • You have demonstrated experience designing AI-powered products or features, with portfolio examples showing your process and decisions.
  • You use AI tools daily in your design workflow, including vibe coding, and have expert knowledge of Figma.
  • You communicate well and think in systems, and you can build consensus on fast-moving, ambiguous projects.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future - but to redefine what's possible - for yourself, for AI, and the world.
