Job Description The Salesforce Solution Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that support the organization's business operations. Working under the direction of the Principal Salesforce Platform Architect, this role owns the technical implementation of assigned enhancements, custom development, automation, and production defect resolution while partnering with business stakeholders, support, and release management to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. The Salesforce Solution Analyst continuously develops technical expertise while contributing to the long-term success and scalability of the Salesforce platform.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to learn other Bank-specific software. Ability and judgment to interact and communicate appropriately with other employees, customers and supervisor. Ability to serve customers, both internal and external, (community/public) in a manner that will reflect superior customer relations and enhance the overall marketing effort of Origin Bank. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
