We're looking for an Engineer to join our Daleville, VA team and help design, improve, test, and support Munters products, equipment, processes, and technical solutions.



What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, test, and improve products, equipment, systems, and processes.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, standards, and customer or project requirements.
  • Develop and document engineering solutions that meet quality, cost, safety, reliability, and performance requirements.
  • Test and validate engineering designs and deliverables.
  • Investigate technical issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Provide technical support to teams across Sales, Projects, Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, and Service.
  • Research and develop improvements to products, processes, and engineering methods.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve product performance, quality, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Communicate technical information, analysis, recommendations, and project updates to internal and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent specialized education and experience.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to apply technical theory, data, standards, and practical judgment.
  • Experience interpreting drawings, specifications, technical documentation, and engineering requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop, review, and communicate technical documentation, calculations, and recommendations.
  • Strong attention to safety, quality, cost, reliability, and performance.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
