Marketing Specialist / Creative Producer

Aquent is partnering with a leading global technology company renowned for its innovation and commitment to transforming how people interact with the digital world. This organization is at the forefront of developing groundbreaking products and services that impact millions worldwide. Joining this team means contributing to a culture of excellence, pushing boundaries, and making a tangible difference in the technological landscape.

  • Location: Mountain View, CA
  • Schedule: Hybrid (2-3 days/week on-site)
  • Target Experience: 4-5+ years

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist / Creative Producer to lead and support the end-to-end demo experiences for our client's hardware portfolio. In this role, you will act as the bridge between Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), internal creative/brand teams, software engineers, and external agency partners. You will take high-level marketing requirements and drive the execution of high-impact, engaging retail demo content-ensuring that unreleased and flagship products captivate shoppers in physical retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retail Demo Content Creation: Drive the user journey and storytelling for two core retail programs:

    • Companion Screens: Manage ongoing content updates for interactive, touch-screen tablet displays across global retail stores.

    • On-Device Demos: Lead content development for upcoming hardware product launches, managing 2-3 active on-device demo projects through rollout.

  • Agency & Vendor Management: Manage 1 to 4 external creative agencies simultaneously, overseeing timelines, asset creation, revisions, and execution.
  • Stakeholder Alignment & Approvals: Translate PMM requirements into clear content plans, build review decks, and socialize creative concepts to secure sign-offs from internal marketing and creative leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Handoff & Deployment:

    • Partner with external agencies to push cloud-based content updates to companion screen tablets worldwide.

    • Work directly with internal engineers to package marketing applications/software for on-device demos, preparing assets for factory pre-loads and store deployments.

  • Brand & Quality Assurance: Ensure all messaging and visuals align with brand guidelines, maintaining brief, eye-catching, and punchy content tailored for retail shoppers.

Qualifications & Required Experience

  • Experience Level: 4-5+ years in marketing content production, digital producing, or creative program management. Higher experience levels (7-9+ years) are welcome.
  • Domain Background: Experience in creative agencies, digital production, or tech product marketing.
  • Key Tools: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Slides, Docs) for decks and stakeholder reviews. Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
  • Workstyle Capabilities: High tolerance for ambiguity, adaptability to shifting launch timelines, and the ability to hold firm boundaries to hit critical project milestones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Retail Experience: Prior experience creating physical retail marketing, point-of-sale (POS) displays, or in-store interactive experiences.
  • Hardware/Devices: Familiarity with consumer electronics, home tech, or wearable devices
  • Metrics: Basic understanding of retail engagement metrics and user interaction analytics.
