Product & Sample Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Product & Sample Coordinator to support a Men's Streetwear Apparel Product Management team for an iconic global athletic brand.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in apparel, footwear, merchandising, product development, or sample management who wants deeper exposure to the product creation process. You'll work alongside Product Management, Design, Materials, Technical Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, Planning, and Operations while helping keep both physical samples and critical product information organized and up to date.

• Manage and organize apparel samples for the Men's Streetwear team, ensuring products are easy to locate, track, and access.
• Maintain and regularly update visual line plans (VLPs), product charts, trackers, and internal systems of record.
• Support accurate product and assortment information throughout the product creation process.
• Partner with Product Management, Design, Merchandising, Development, Sourcing, Planning, and Operations teams.
• Help maintain systems integrity by ensuring product information is complete, current, and accurate.
• Coordinate changing priorities, product updates, and sample needs in a fast-moving environment.
• Support the team with seasonal product and line-management activities.
• Build your understanding of the apparel product creation process while working closely with experienced cross-functional partners.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in product coordination, sample management, merchandising, apparel/footwear product development, retail product operations, or a related environment.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience managing samples, product information, line plans, assortments, trackers, or similar high-volume product data.
• Comfortable working in systems and keeping detailed information accurate and organized.
• Working knowledge of Excel and collaborative planning or visualization tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different teams.
• Genuine interest in learning more about product management and product creation.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with Nike/Jordan or another athletic, apparel, footwear, or streetwear brand.
• Experience with MMX, Miro, VLPs, PLM platforms, or equivalent product/line-planning systems.
• Knowledge of the apparel or footwear product creation lifecycle.
• Exposure to merchandising, color, design, materials, or technical product development.
• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Product Management, Retail, Business, Product Marketing, or a related field.
• A genuine connection to streetwear, sneaker culture, basketball, sport, or the consumer products behind them.
