Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Human Resources/Talent Acquisition team has an immediate need for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at our headquarters located in Alexandria, VA. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator assists the SPA Talent Acquisition Team with all facets of the recruitment process. This individual will gain experience with the full recruitment lifecycle.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will:

• Draft and extend offer letters to candidates, following established approval processes.
• Communicate with the candidate from the time of acceptance until their start date.
• Initiate background checks on new employees and notify TA Team and Hiring Managers of any potential issues with the new hire.
• Conduct clearance verifications, and initiate new clearances.
• Prepare New Hire folders/packets in electronic format.
• Ensure completion and compliance of all on-boarding requirements prior to new hire start dates, utilizing iCIMS and SAP.
• Create and manage campaigns in SPA's iCIMS Marketing Automation tool.
• Provide creative support for hiring events and recruiting programs as needed.
• Review, edit, and post job requirements into SPA's ATS, iCIMS.
• Provide metrics reporting, as needed.
• Draft and post employer responses on SPA's Glassdoor page.
• Assist with candidate interviews and benefits briefings.
• Other duties/projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1 or more years of experience in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Outlook calendar.
• Excellent written, organizational, and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with iCIMS ATS.
• Experience with iCIMS Marketing Automation tool.
• Experience with SAP Success Factors.
