Harmon, Inc. Join Our Team! Harmon is hiring a Quality Technician I to help ensure our products meet high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role is a great fit for someone with manufacturing quality experience who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and partnering with production teams. What You'll Do Perform inspections and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process. Audit materials, processes, and finished products for compliance with quality standards. Use testing and measurement equipment to verify product quality. Investigate quality issues and support corrective actions and root cause analysis. Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records. Partner with production teams to prevent defects and improve processes. Help maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.
