About the Role

We are seeking a Supervisor, Bakery - 2nd shift to join our team at our Stockton, CA bakery. As a Supervisor, Bakery - 2nd shift, you will lead warehouse operations and employees to support the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of ingredients, materials, and finished products. You will help ensure production requirements are met while maintaining food safety, quality, inventory, shipping, and operational standards.

• Salary Range: $75K-$85K

Schedule:

• Shift: 2nd Shift
• Hours: 7pm or 9pm - 5:30am
• Weekends: As required by the business

Core Accountabilities (What You'll be Doing)

• Lead and develop warehouse employees through training, work assignments, performance feedback, coaching, and corrective action when appropriate.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, material planning, and warehouse activities to ensure accurate and timely movement of raw materials and finished products.
• Manage inventory controls, including FIFO procedures, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and support for the monthly inventory process.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with food safety, quality, security, GMP, HACCP, DOT, and company requirements.
• Monitor production schedules, materials, staffing, and warehouse resources to support production, quality, and output goals.
• Oversee safe forklift and warehouse equipment operations, including equipment condition, required maintenance, cleanliness, and safe opening and closing procedures.
• Build positive employee and cross-functional relationships while resolving operational issues, documentation discrepancies, and competing priorities.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in English and Spanish.
• Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to safely perform shipping and forklift operator responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include moving mechanical equipment, flour dust, wet or humid conditions, temperature changes, and moderate to loud noise.
• Ability to frequently stand and walk, frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Food or bakery manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FIFO, DOT, inventory control, shipping, and receiving practices.
• Experience with employee scheduling, timekeeping, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills in a fast-paced operation.
