Joint Fires Sales Manager Fidelity Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Sales Manager for its JFS ESC accredited Joint Fires simulation product line. This position is fully remote. Live where you want, but travel is expected 50% of the year. Travel will consist of engaging with FO, JFO, and JTAC communities and commands as well as attending conferences, acceptance test events, and delivery/installation of products. What does the job consist of? You will own the inbound sales funnel for Joint Fires simulation products. Create strategies for engaging with Joint Fires communities and commands driving sales through the Department of War acquisitions process and Joint Fires Trainer Marketplace. You will be expected to advise our engineering department with Joint Fires simulation product improvements aligning the product line to new and emerging Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures, as well as keeping the product line doctrinally correct to updates with the JTAC MOU, JFO MOU, and doctrinal Joint Fires and CAS publications. You will be the face of the company to DoW end users and purchasers. This requires giving presentations on the product line to small groups, command leadership, and large conference events. You will provide product demonstrations and assist in the installation, fielding, and training of the product. Where is this position located? This is a remote/hybrid position where you can live where you want (preferably near a Joint Fires command) but will be expected to travel when required (approximately 50% of the year). What are the requirements for hire? We are seeking a JFO or JTAC preferably with SOF experience. Applicants should be JFO/JTAC Program Managers or have similar experience. For Marine applicants, enlisted JTAC WTIs would be a good fit. We desire someone with recent/relevant knowledge and experience of incorporating s/UAS systems in the Joint Fires environment who can assist in driving product improvement. This position will primarily support U.S. Army units, but Air Force and Marine Corps commands will also be within the purview of this position. Must be open to international travel when required.
