We're seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Production Assistant who enjoys working with tools, equipment, and technology. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with 3D printing and other manufacturing operations. Support casting and production processes. Perform part finishing, cleaning, and post-processing activities. Inspect manufactured components for accuracy and quality. Read basic manufacturing drawings and specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. Document production progress in our manufacturing system. Support equipment cleaning and routine preventative maintenance. REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma required / technical degree (preferred) 1+ year experience in additive manufacturing (preferred) Basic understanding of 3D printing technologies and materials Ability to read prints or 3D files Comfortable working hands-on in a production environment Experience or familiarity with hand and power tools.
