ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinates educational activities (e.g., didactic conference schedule, Grand Rounds, etc.) that support the Fellowship Program's curriculum and adhere to ACGME requirements. Provides guidance to residents/fellows on program and GME policies, and non-clinical aspects of the program. Coordinates creation, dissemination and monitoring of annual Fellowship rotation, clinic and call schedules; updates schedules periodically to maintain accuracy. Assists with same for the IM Residency Coordinates creation, dissemination and monitoring of resident/fellow, faculty, and program evaluations. Coordinates and/or supports accreditation activities - ACGME Site Visits, Internal Reviews, annual program reviews, etc. as needed. Manages Fellowship duty hour reports and supports reporting compliance; assists with same for the IM Residency. Assists in supporting compliance to GME policies and procedures and related departmental policies. Coordinates fellow recruitment and selection process and assists with same for the IM Residency. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree Preferred Experience working in a Graduate Medical Education environment preferred. CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE TAGME Certification Preferred ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Passing the Driver's License Check and/or Credit Check (for those positions requiring). Passing the WI Caregiver Background Check and/or IL Health Care Workers Background Check. Must be able to follow written/oral instructions. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES This job requires great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. WORK ENVIRONMENT The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. Occupational Exposure: Category C - No partners in the specified job classification have occupational exposure. INFORMATION ACCESS Partner may access patient care information, financial data, human resource data and strategic and planning data needed to perform their job duties as directed by the director. WORK CONTACT GROUP Partners, physicians, vendors SPECIAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS LEVEL OF SUPERVISION Responsibilities include interviewing residents/fellows; addressing complaints and resolving problems; employee adherence to annual education and certification requirements.
