About The Position The Supervisor, ASC - Business Administration is responsible for overseeing and managing daily workflows in various Administration areas accurately and timely in accordance with company policies, multiple collective bargaining agreements, employee benefits, and state and federal regulations. The supervisor assists the team with their tasks during busy times. This position offers the opportunity to rotate and gain professional growth in the following areas: Payroll, Print & Mail Services, FMLA, DOT Administration, and Personnel Administration. This position directly oversees the DOT Administration and Personnel Administration teams. Key responsibilities include:
Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field of study required with 5 years of relevant experience. Associate degree from an accredited college in a relevant field of study required with 7 years of relevant experience or in lieu of higher education, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required. Knowledge of regulatory matters preferred. Previous supervisory or high-level project team leadership experience preferred. In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: Ability to make sound decisions and possess a high level of organizational skills; creative self-starter with strong interpersonal skills - able to work effectively as a team and with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, including presentation, written and verbal. Must possess strong skills in MS Office, Word, and Excel and the following Ameren competencies: Be Strategic, Continuously Improve, Deliver Results, Engage Respectfully, Foster Collaboration, and Think Customer. Additional Information #LI-Hybrid Compensation Range: $88,500.00 - $137,200.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
