Test Engineer Intern - Fall 2026

Join our Product Development team as a Test Engineer Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting Factory Witness Testing (FWT) for cutting-edge technology products. In this role, you will work closely with experienced test and design engineers to execute product validation testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to process improvements. Through training and mentorship, you will develop the skills needed to independently execute tests and deliver test reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare Factory Witness Test (FWT) materials, tools, and resources based on product development schedules.
• Set up test environments, including hardware, firmware, test equipment, and supporting tools.
• Execute Factory Witness Tests and collaborate with design engineers to investigate and resolve issues identified during testing.
• Document test results and prepare detailed FWT reports for internal review and customer approval.
• Analyze testing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process enhancements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the testing and product development teams.

Qualifications

Required:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and deliver results in a timely manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of server, computer, or data center hardware.
• Experience working with hardware testing, validation, or debugging.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools used in testing environments.
