WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

We're looking for a social-first marketer who can build audiences, amplify executive voices, andmake every great story travel. As Social & Audience Growth Manager, you'll own Box's socialmedia presence, drive subscriber and follower growth across owned channels, and scale ourExecutive Voices program to extend Box's credibility and reach. You'll manage paid socialcampaigns end-to-end, partner with executives on thought leadership amplification, and leadsocial amplification for all product launches and partner activities.

This role sits at the intersection of social media management, audience development, andexecutive communications and is ideal for someone who thrives managing platforms day-to-daywhile also thinking strategically about building addressable audiences we own.

Key Responsibilities
* Social Media Management & Strategy: Own Box's organic social presence acrossLinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms. Set strategy, manage content calendars, engage
with followers, and optimize for platform-native performance, staying ahead of algorithmchanges and emerging formats.
* Owned Audience Growth: Drive subscriber and follower growth across newsletters,LinkedIn, and YouTube in partnership with Editorial and Video teams.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Editorial on content promotion plans,coordinate with Global Campaigns and PMM on launch amplification.
* Amplification of product launches:
o In charge of publishing calendar and launch communication on social channels in
collaboration with PMM, Product, Partner and Comms teams
o Own the launch readiness process by ensuring social copies, creative assets, and
videos are approved and ready ahead of each launch date.
o Coordinate with partners to secure external amplification, aligning on timing,
messaging, and channel strategy so every launch reaches the widest possible
audience.
* Lead industry AI conversations: Be on top of AI conversations on social channels.
* Partner with the right stakeholders to help Box be involved with those conversations.
* Paid Social Campaign Ownership: Own paid social strategy, budget, and executionacross LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X Ads, and YouTube. Optimize for awareness,
engagement and subscriptions, run A/B tests, and execute Thought Leader Ads thatamplify executive content.

Additional Responsibilities
* YouTube as a Content Destination: Partner with Video to support YouTube growththrough packaging and promotion, including writing and optimizing YouTube titles,
descriptions, and metadata for search and native discovery.
* Executive, Employee & Ecosystem Amplification: Scale the Executive Voices programby partnering with Box executives to build their personal brands through white-glove
support - social listening, comment suggestions, LinkedIn post drafting, and newsletterguest authoring. Extend reach by activating employee advocacy programs, includingcreating employee amplification toolkits with messaging guides, copy variants, and socialtemplates. Coordinate amplification campaigns with partners and customers.
* Proactive calendar management: Build and manage social publishing calendar for weeklypartner amplification activities, in collaboration with Dev, PMM and Partner teams.Maintain a 30-day forward calendar with fully built out partner program activation.

Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ years in social media management, digital marketing, or audience development -ideally within a high-growth B2B tech or media brand.
* Proven track record of growing social and other owned audiences, and building multi-channel programs that generate awareness and drive pipeline.
* Hands-on paid social experience across paid social tools from LinkedIn,YouTube/Google and X - including budget management, campaign optimization, andconversion tracking.
* Exceptional copywriting skills - able to distill value props into thumb-stopping social copy across platforms, including the ability to translate complex technical and product content such as AI benchmarks, developer demos, and product announcements into accessible, audience-appropriate copy.
* Experience tailoring social copy for multiple distinct audiences across a single campaign or launch, such as enterprise IT leaders, security leaders, developers, and business users.
* Experience managing cross-functional launch processes, coordinating assets, approvals,and timing across internal teams and external partners.
* Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with rapid response content needs,including reacting to breaking news, competitor announcements, and same-day launches.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience amplifying editorial content (newsroom, research) vs. only demand-gencampaigns.
* Experience with video content optimization and paid video campaigns on YouTube andLinkedIn.
* Knowledge of SEO, GEO/AEO, and content discoverability in AI assistants.
* Experience managing executive LinkedIn profiles or ghostwriting for senior leaders.
* YouTube channel growth experience - understanding of thumbnails, retentionoptimization, and native discovery mechanics, including writing YouTube titles,descriptions, and metadata optimized for search and discovery.
* Data fluency - can interpret dashboards, run A/B tests, and turn insights into action.
* Experience working with technology partners or ecosystem teams on co-marketing andlaunch amplification.
* Experience creating employee amplification programs including messaging guides, copy
toolkits, and social templates that enable teams to post authentically at scale.
