Ability to read, understand, and follow warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and inventory instructions. Steel-toe shoes required. Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of warehouse, distribution center, material handling, inventory, or forklift experience. Experience using RF scanners, Zebra handheld devices, or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred. Previous High Reach forklift experience required; certification must be obtained and maintained. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy. Ability to work independently while meeting productivity and replenishment goals. Experience with inventory replenishment, stock movement, pick locations, and pallet handling. Knowledge of just-in-time (JIT) material flow and warehouse best practices. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift. Comfortable working at heights while operating High Reach equipment. Capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Job Duties Support warehouse rack operations and report directly to the Rack Supervisor. Complete assigned replenishment routes and maintain open tasks below established thresholds. Operate a High Reach forklift to replenish Level 1 pick locations using Zebra scanner task assignments. Scan and accurately place inventory to ensure timely order fulfillment and just-in-time delivery requirements. Fully decant inventory into pick locations and remove shrink wrap, straps, and bands to maintain inventory accuracy. Reprint and apply replacement labels for damaged or non-scannable inventory and report supplier compliance issues to warehouse leadership. Assist with rack work-in-process (WIP) inventory put-away and staging activities when replenishment tasks are completed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area while meeting productivity expectations.
