We're searching for an organized and resourceful Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and loves being the backbone of operational success. What You'll Do:

  • Be the Hub of Communication: Greet visitors, manage calls, and ensure messages reach the right people promptly

  • Master the Calendar: Coordinate and maintain the Director's schedule, keeping commitments organized and on time

  • Own the Details: Prepare reports, manage correspondence, and maintain accurate records for payroll, training, and vendor contacts

  • Keep Operations Flowing: Organize departmental files, track inventory, and support purchasing needs

  • Drive Team Success: Assist with meeting planning, special projects, and cross-functional collaboration to keep the Food & Beverage division running at its best

  • Champion Excellence: Promote teamwork, uphold safety standards, and maintain a polished, professional work environment

  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards

  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs

  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications Include:

  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or administrative roles, preferably in food and beverage operations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with POS systems

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
