Requisition ID:78530 Job Description: Description Skyworks Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sourcing Specialist to support the company's global procurement initiatives across indirect spend categories. This role will be responsible for sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, cost optimization, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the effective procurement of goods and services that support business operations. The ideal candidate will partner with internal stakeholders across IT, Facilities, Professional Services, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Travel, Logistics, and Manufacturing Support functions to deliver value through strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing Execute sourcing projects for indirect spend categories, including: Information Technology (hardware, software, SaaS, telecommunications) Professional and Consulting Services Facilities and Maintenance Travel and Corporate Services Marketing and Events Human Resources Services Labor and Staffing Develop and execute RFx events (RFI, RFQ, RFP) to identify qualified suppliers and achieve optimal commercial outcomes. Conduct market research and spend analysis to identify cost reduction and value creation opportunities. Support supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting activities. Supplier Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. Monitor supplier performance against quality, delivery, service, and cost objectives. Facilitate supplier business reviews and performance improvement initiatives. Support supplier risk assessments and mitigation activities. Contract & Commercial Management Review and negotiate commercial terms and conditions in collaboration with Legal and business stakeholders. Ensure procurement agreements comply with company policies and business requirements. Maintain appropriate sourcing and contract documentation. Stakeholder Partnership Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and sourcing priorities. Provide procurement guidance and market intelligence to stakeholders. Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to indirect spend categories. Cost Savings & Process Improvement Identify and implement cost savings, cost avoidance, and value engineering opportunities. Drive procurement best practices and policy compliance. Support continuous improvement initiatives within procurement processes and systems. Generate reports and metrics to measure sourcing performance and savings achievements. Required Experience and Skills Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or purchasing experience. Experience managing indirect spend categories and sourcing projects. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment. Desired Experience and Skills Experience in semiconductor, high-tech, electronics manufacturing, or related industries. Knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and supplier management practices. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. Professional certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, CSCP, or equivalent. Experience supporting global sourcing initiatives and cross-functional teams. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
