Location:This role is fully onsite in our Hanover Park, IL office.

The base salary range for this position is $20 with additional bonus and benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.

As a Services Operations Specialist W2 with Insight, you will enter ordersin a timely mannerfor the shipping, retrieval, and exchange of technology devices for specific accounts, while adhering to the clients Service Level Agreements (SLA). We will count on you to investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, proactively managing receipt dates, working with distribution employees to resolve issuesregardinglost and damaged products.Along the way, you will become an expert of information regarding specific products, programs, and initiatives of assigned vendors and product categories.

As a Services Operations Specialist W2, you will get to:

• Enter orders in a timely manner for the shipping, retrieval, and exchange of technology devices for specific accounts, while adhering to the clients' Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, proactively managing receipt dates, working with distribution employees to resolve issues regarding lost and damaged products.
• Become an expert in information regarding specific products, programs, and initiatives of assigned vendors and product categories.
• Clear communication skills are required to deliver client-facing messages verbally and in writing, and the ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints in a timely fashion.
