Bulk Packer- DP0074 - Cherry (Nights)

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Place plastic liners into bulk box and supply the line with boxes.
• Dump chicken parts into hopper.
• Bulk pack chicken parts into 10+ lb. bags.
• Transfer 10+ bags of chicken parts into a cardboard case that comes in a conveyor.
• Weigh case in a scale.
• Push 40+ lbs. on a rolling conveyor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to work with small, hand held tool (i.e. knife, scissors) and sharpen knives with steel.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time (8-10 hrs.) on a concrete/metal grate floor.
• Able to visually distinguish product types
• Repetitive grasping, reaching, lifting 10+ lbs., hand manipulation required.

• Help maintain and improve quality and food safety, to insure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulation requirements
• Other duties as assigned
