Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior Repair Representative to manage repair order execution and supplier coordination for aircraft engine components throughout the repair cycle. In this role, you will oversee repair activity from initiation through completion, ensuring materials are repaired, tracked, and returned on schedule while supporting cost, quality, and material availability objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage repair orders from initiation through completion, ensuring materials move efficiently through the repair cycle and are returned in alignment with program requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, repair vendors, Purchasing, Planning, Operations, and Customer Programs to resolve material, documentation, delivery, and scheduling issues.
• Monitor and improve repair turnaround times, supplier performance, warranty recovery, invoice accuracy, and scrap reduction efforts.
• Maintain accurate repair status information within ERP and tracking systems to provide timely updates and visibility for stakeholders.
• Review repair quotes, invoices, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance with program requirements.
• Escalate risks, delays, and discrepancies while driving timely resolution to support material readiness and customer commitments.
• Analyze repair activity trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance repair execution processes.
• Support engine teardown, kitting, production planning, and build activities by providing repair status updates and communicating material risks.
• Develop and maintain reporting that supports repair performance, supplier management, and operational decision-making.
• Partner cross-functionally to support cost management, schedule adherence, and inventory optimization objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; equivalent experience Associate degree in Aviation, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in aviation inventory management, vendor management, material planning, or repair operations.
• Knowledge of aircraft engine component repair processes and repair cycle management.
• Understanding of OEM, third-party, and consigned inventory practices.
• Experience working within ERP systems and material planning tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
• Experience supporting aviation engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations.
• APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or other supply chain certification.
• Experience with international sourcing, logistics, or repair vendors.
• Knowledge of Lean principles, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience using Quantum or similar aviation inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with supplier performance management, warranty administration, and repair cost analysis.

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
