Primary Purpose
Manages major construction projects from planning through execution, aligning resources and processes with strategic objectives to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification. Duties and Responsibilities * Manages major construction projects and ensures compliance with governmental codes and specifications. * Collaborates with leadership and key business stakeholders to manage projects from initial development through construction, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely execution. * Ensures teams adhere to standards and processes to meet project deadlines and budgets. * Contributes to the definition of the organization structure and roles within the major projects group, identifying capability gaps. * Negotiates, drafts, and manages contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry standards. * Develops and reviews project schedules, cost estimation, bill of materials, budgets, scope of work, standards and quotes from suppliers. * Performs other duties as assigned. | |
