Position Highlights	The Department of Finance at the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management is seeking applicants for a full-time Lecturer. Starting in the Spring 2027 semester, this position is expected to teach Finance courses and engage in student experience enrichment. This position will also have significant service responsibilities leading the Wall Street Scholars program, connecting department faculty with industry partners, and contributing to the academic strategy and operations of the department. The Department of Finance is one of seven academic units in the Eller College of Management offering undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs. It is internationally recognized for pioneering research, innovative curriculum, and distinguished faculty. Duties & Responsibilities	Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Finance. Lead the Wall Street Scholars program and connect department faculty and students with industry partners Contribute to the academic strategy and operations of the department. Other service activities may be assigned. Mentor students and/or student teams.
Minimum Qualifications	Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Teaching experience at the college or university level, including at least one year of in-person teaching experience. Experience teaching to various audiences, evidenced by evaluations and/or awards. Must be available to teach in person at the University of Arizona in Tucson Arizona.
Preferred Qualifications	PhD in Finance, or related field, prior to the start date, OR 5 or more years of professional experience in finance, or equivalent. Experience developing and teaching college classes. Experience leading a student engagement program in an academic department or college.
