Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to successfully complete and pass a basic math assessment. Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. Current forklift certification required. Experience using RF scanners, handheld devices, and warehouse management systems (WMS). Previous experience in high-volume warehouse operations required. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in food-grade, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics facilities. Strong attention to detail when verifying product counts, shipments, and inventory accuracy. Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members. Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and productivity goals. Flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime as business demands require. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly. Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse where temperatures may vary by season. Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check. Job Duties Safely operate forklifts to move, load, unload, stage, and transport materials throughout the warehouse. Load and unload trailers while following all company and site-specific safety procedures. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quantity, and product condition. Utilize RF scanners and WMS technology to track inventory and maintain accurate records. Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Work closely with warehouse associates and leadership to ensure efficient operations and on-time order fulfillment.
