Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: $15.62 per hour

Schedule: Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Candidates should be flexible and available to work overtime and weekends as needed.

In this role, you will help prepare and paint metal castings to meet product specifications and quality standards. You'll play an important part in ensuring finished products are safe, durable, and ready for customers.

Job Duties

• Clean, prepare, and paint machined castings in accordance with company quality standards and specifications.
• Apply coatings, including paint, varnish, stain, enamel, and other finishes, as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures, policies, and work instructions.
• Learn to safely operate production equipment, including forklifts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and write English and follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Willingness to learn new skills and work effectively as part of a team.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift and move parts weighing 50 pounds or more, with assistance when needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and work from ladders for extended periods.
• Ability to read small print, with or without corrective lenses.
