Location: Piney Flats, TN

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Sunday - Saturday

• 1st shift: 6 am to 4:45 pm
• 2nd shift: 5 pm to 3:30 pm

Looking for Assembler jobs in Piney Flats where teamwork and steady production make a difference? This opportunity lets you assemble products, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently.

• Retrieve, handle, and assemble materials and finished products
• Perform framing and construction-related assembly tasks
• Assist with crating, packaging, and product preparation
• Conduct and document quality inspections
• Use a variety of hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to assemble products or components according to work instructions and production standards.
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools, power tools, fixtures, or production equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect completed work for quality.
• Ability to maintain productivity while performing repetitive assembly tasks.
• Ability to read a tape measure to a 1/16 scale
• Comfortable using hand tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
• Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as an Assembler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
