Job Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues on computers, laptops, servers, and electronic devices Perform repairs, upgrades, and component replacements as needed Test equipment and verify functionality to meet quality standards Install, update, and configure operating systems and software Evaluate incoming technology for refurbishment, resale, or recycling Clean, sanitize, and prepare devices for resale Accurately document repairs, testing results, and inventory information Organize and manage refurbished equipment within the warehouse Assist with processing incoming and outgoing technology devices Follow quality control and data security procedures Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience Requirements Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting preferred Previous computer or electronics repair experience is a plus Ability to quickly learn technical processes and procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable attendance and teamwork skills required Physical Capabilities Lift, carry, and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Perform repetitive hand and manual tasks Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
