This opportunity is based on a Warehouse Picker/Packer career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates. Job Duties Picking and packing candy Assemble boxes/cartons. Pack and unpack candy. Palletize, perform visual inspections, and load machines with pre-packaged candy. General housekeeping tasks and other warehouse associate responsibilities as needed. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 30 pounds. Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
