Education Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. Ability to successfully complete and pass a basic math assessment. Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience preferred. Experience with order picking, packing, product assembly, and inventory handling preferred. Familiarity with RF scanners, handheld devices, and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. Ability to maintain productivity, efficiency, and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable work ethic with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Experience assisting with cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical inventory processes. Strong organizational and time management skills. Physical Capabilities Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds and frequently lift up to 75 pounds. Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse where temperatures vary throughout the year. Ability to perform physical warehouse duties safely and efficiently. Job Duties Pick, pack, assemble, and prepare products for shipment with a high level of accuracy. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and process orders. Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
