Total Talent Solutions Now Hiring for a Supply Chain Services Associate Location: Kearny, AZ Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:00 pm We are seeking a reliable Supply Chain Services Associate to support inventory management and customer service operations at a mine site office. This role focuses on processing orders, coordinating with vendors, maintaining PPE and safety supply inventory, and servicing an on-site vending machine. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, computer proficient, and experienced in inventory control. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial. Experience Requirements At least 1 year of inventory management, distribution, warehouse, or supply chain experience Customer service experience required Experience working with vendor-managed inventory (VMI), stockrooms, or inventory control preferred Must be proficient with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams Active MSHA certification required Job Duties Process customer orders for PPE and safety supplies Communicate with vendors regarding inventory and order fulfillment Monitor inventory levels and help prevent stock shortages Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts Restock and manage onsite vending machine inventory Assist customers with inventory-related questions and requests Track inventory usage and report discrepancies Follow inventory control procedures and service standards Physical Capabilities Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting Must wear steel-toe shoes Ability to work safely around industrial environments and safety equipment Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
