Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Inventory Control Supervisor, Pharmaceutical Warehouse Supervisor, or Pharmaceutical Warehouse Manager
• Minimum 8 years of pharmaceutical operations experience at the team lead, supervisor, or manager level
• Experience managing pharmaceutical records and documentation
• Strong inventory control and warehouse operations background

• Supervise daily distribution center operations, including planning, organizing, and workflow management
• Oversee picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment activities
• Monitor product deliveries and ensure orders are routed correctly
• Manage shipping documentation and pharmaceutical records
• Ensure compliance with company protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse associates
• Support recruiting, hiring, and employee development efforts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment
• Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues
• Perform additional supervisory duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
• Experience managing inventory accuracy, shipping operations, receiving activities, and employee performance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, OSHA regulations, or supply chain best practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate leadership, accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to operational excellence are well positioned for success as a Distribution Center Supervisor.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.
